“The addition of a 200 space, fully automated parkade behind our City Hall became a keystone project for the City. Seven years from Frank’s presentation thru site design and development, automation installation, the parkade became operational. At many Public Hearings of the numerous local committees with local groups, Frank was able to convince the city stakeholders this automated parkade would be an advantage for the city.
